Job Description

    We are Hiring for Senior Finance Manager - SahiBandhu FinTech Services ( The Manipal Group)About Us:-SahiBandhu is Indias leading gold loan platform backed by The Manipal Group. SahiBandhu offers quick and secure gold loans at affordable interest rates, right at customers doorstep in collaboration with leading banks in IndiaRoles & Responsibilities:-
    1. Financial Management & Reporting:
    • Oversee financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and company policies.
    • Monitor financial performance and prepare management reports.
    1. Budgeting & Forecasting:
    • Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts
    • Conduct variance analysis to compare actual vs. budgeted performance
    1. Provide insights to management for financial planning
    2. Internal Controls & Compliance:
    • Implement and maintain robust financial controls to prevent fraud and errors.
    • Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
    • Coordinate audits (internal and external) and address audit findings.
    1. Cash Flow & Risk Management:
    • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
    • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Manage relationships with banks, investors, and external stakeholders.
    1. Team Leadership & Process Improvement:
    • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering professional growth.
    • Drive process automation and efficiency in financial operations.
    • Implement cost-saving initiatives to enhance profitability.
    Desired Education, Experience and Competencies:-
    1. Professional qualification (CA / MBA) preferred. Bachelors or masters degree in finance, Accounting, or related field is a must
    2. 8-12 years of experience in Finance Role.
    3. Experience in FinTech, BFSI, or Gold Loan industries will be an added preference
    4. Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP and other accounting principles
    5. Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software (SAP)
    6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and external stakeholders.
