    Hi,Greeting from Globtech Advisors !We are looking for Sr. Manager Corporate Strategy with a MNC consumer Durable companybased in GurgaonPlease find below the brief JD for this role.Providing a birds eye view of the industry covering category, consumer, competition, company and contextual points of view (5 views) and suggesting future direction to the management.Accountable to establish corporate identity with stakeholders like partners, Government, employees (current and prospective) in addition to consumers.Job responsibilities:Identify projects to establish CORPORATE IDENTITY with all stakeholders (consumer, partners, government, employees). Set communication objectives by stakeholders and lead projects to bring them to life for each stakeholderPeriodically do an environment scan (5 views) and suggest direction to managementProvide a wholistic view of future business opportunities being considered by managementPartner with consulting agencies and across organization to build capabilities deemed important for long term success or organizationExperience and Qualification:MBA/PGDM5+ years of experienceConsulting experience in evaluating business opportunities and preparing corporate roadmap/blueprints plans
