Sr. Manager/Manager

Educational Qualification UG LLB/ BA.LLB PG Post Graduation Not Mandatory, LLM (Preferred) Qualified CS (Preferred) Years of Experience Required 5- 8 Years Post Qualification Desirable Skills Knowledge Experience in legal and regulatory Governance, Risk and Compliance projects. Subject Matter Expert in compliance. Can create compliance reports. Preference to candidates with experience of domestic/international compliance and who possesses skills to do Gap Analysis. Expert in analyzing laws regulations. Should have good experience in Client Management/ Account Management. Experience Understanding of global regulatory schemes. Good experience in Client/Account Management. Good Presentation skills. Ability to do regulatory mapping. Must have thorough knowledge of creating compliance reports. Good with compliance principles, theories, and concepts. Roles responsibilities: Assists in performance of risk assessment of business operations and processes. Establishing and maintaining relationship with clients and other international law firm partners. Develops solutions to a variety of compliance problems of significant scope and complexity. Project Planning: Identifies accountabilities for local /regional compliance program and consulting staff; develops Compliance work and Audit plans. Takes complex ideas and input to develop/create project plans strategies in support of established approach, goals, and time frames. Leads compliance- related projects. Identifies, manages internal/external resources and agency relationships. Collaborates with other functional areas in identifying potential compliance issues. Reviews compliance programs and content, including designing and conducting risk assessments and/or audits. Team handling and management. Other Specifications Skills knowledge requirement: Excellent Skills in written and verbal communication, meeting facilitation, presentations, analysis, collaboration, project management. Should be able to effectively communicate with team or external client. Good knowledge of the international legal system. Willing to take up bigger challenges and adding greater value to the company and its clients. Extremely motivated and quick learner. Thorough and meticulous with great attention to details possess exceptional analytical skills.
