Roles and ResponsibilitiesRequired Skill Set: 1. Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS & other UI frameworks like Bootstrap, Materialize or Foundation 2. Designing layout of the Frontend system of an Application b. Planning out the technologies and the structure to be used while building the frontend of the application c. Estimating the project timeline and the assets required for it 2. Development a. Handling development works or major / complex parts of assigned projects b. Write reusable quality code as per the set guidelines 3. Team management a. Lead and manage the team of Frontend developers b. Making sure team is following the set guidelines while working on their tasks c. Focusing the team to ensure an on-time delivery of the agreed task. d. Facilitating code reuse 4. Code Review & Testing a. Reviewing code written by team members b. Auditing the codebase on regular basis c. Testing the final modules before submitting it to the concerned team/person d. Notifying the bugs found while testing and making sure that the bugs are resolved duly. 5. Documentation a. Writing technical documentation of the assigned projects b. Adding comments in the code c. Making sure that team members are following the required documentation practises,
