Job Description

  • The role would be supporting APAC SC Strategy Role, to collate & co ordinate information collection from all countries, support Governance Model in required Cadence of monthly/fortnightly follow ups, Project Management support for critical APAC projects
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data
  • Research and seek out the most cost-efficient shipment procedures and methods
  • Review and analyze gathered data to locate was areas in the supply chain process and develop methods to improve
  • Research partner companies and seek to negotiate best-price contracts to increase business revenue
  • Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects
  • Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with vendors while promoting company initiatives and values
  • Key Skills and Experience
  • Include the education and experience that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily.
  • Experience analyzing and improving supply chain data, information and processes.
  • Overall 1-3 Yrs of Working Experience in Analyst, Planning or Project Management Role
  • Experience working in and maintaining databases using Microsoft Excel and others relevant to company processes
  • Command on Presentation Skills and Effective Spoken / written Communication
  • Assist in promoting a positive image and inter-business relationship with business partners and vendors
  • Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain department by reviewing current methodology and
Qualification:
  • Bachelors degree in Business/Supply Chain/Logistics Management is preferred but not mandatory.APICS CPIM or CSCP certification highly desirable
