Job Description

    • Achieve departmental revenue and profitability targets.
    • Compliance towards brand standards, corporate guidelines and standard operating procedures as defined by the organization.
    • Achieve targeted scores for Guest Satisfaction and Employee satisfaction for the respective outlet.
    • Responsible for generating incremental revenues through up selling, promotions and other techniques.
    • Adhere to Human Resource guidelines.
    • Maintain standards of service, quality and hospitality in the outlet
    • Maintain guest satisfaction and ensure repeat business through personalized, efficient service.
    • Maintain facilities and equipment in perfect condition and implement procedures to keep breakages and losses to an absolute minimum.
    • Attend and participate in daily outlet briefings.
    • Perform all service-related tasks and comply with the standard operating procedures.
    • Ensure that the outlet front, and back areas are neat and hygienic at all times.
    • Be aware of events, food festivals, functions and operations in the Food and Beverage department.
    • Recognize all guests and extend a warm welcome and a fond farewell.
    • Ensures that personal grooming, hygiene, and appearance are in line with the departments standards.
