We are looking for an L2 Support Engineer with experience on CRMNext application and strong exposure to the BFSI domain / Banking Sector Preferable.Roles & Responsibilities:L2 support for CRMNext-based enterprise applications in the BFSI domainApplication integration using JavaScript, C#, MVC, Web API, WCFProduction support, health checks, and data analysis using SQL/T-SQL/PostgreSQLHandle incident analysis, user issues, and coordinate with internal teamsAWS cloud exposure, data migration support, and log analysisConduct knowledge sessions for business and stakeholders post-deploymentMandatory Skills:CRMNext application support experience (mandatory)BFSI / Banking domain experience (mandatory)Strong SQL skills (SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL)Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScriptASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, WCFAgile working environment exposure
