Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    • Drive High-Volume Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles, ensuring a smooth, effective, and timely process.
    • Develop and Execute Sourcing Strategies: Use various channels to source active and passive candidates, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and partnerships.
    • Screen Candidates Efficiently: Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to identify quality candidates quickly.
    • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
    • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with departmental leaders to understand role requirements and streamline the hiring process.
    • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating timely updates and maintaining a professional recruiting approach.
    • Coordinate and Schedule Interviews: Arrange interviews with hiring managers, assessors, and stakeholders.
    • Maintain Hiring Metrics: Track and report hiring metrics to ensure recruiting goals are met.
    • Assist in Onboarding: Coordinate with HR and onboarding teams to facilitate a seamless transition for new hires.
