Job Description

    ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source candidates. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that attract suitable candidates. Coordinate and conduct initial candidate screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and professional interactions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement them as appropriate Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github) Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) Excellent verbal and written communication skills A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
