This role involves a full-cycle recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach to onboarding, and requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Experience: 1 year as talent acquisition in a real estate sectorLocation: GurgaonKey Responsibilities:Strategic Sourcing:Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing various online platforms, databases, and professional networks.Candidate Management:Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and manage the candidate pipeline.Hiring Process:Coordinate interview schedules, collaborate with hiring managers to gather feedback, and make hiring recommendations.Offer Negotiation and On boarding:Manage offer negotiations, prepare and execute contracts, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.Relationship Building:Cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate a positive and efficient recruitment experience.Data Analysis:Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, and improve the overall recruitment process.Employer Branding:Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events, and contribute to building a strong employer brand.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role, preferably in the real estate sector.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and relevant HR software tools.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Interested candidates can call, mail or whatsapp over given email id or number-email - ganeshbahadur.thapa@white-force.incontact no. - hidden_mobile
