Job Description

Job Overview: The Senior Talent Executive will hire and retain qualified candidates for SCA through driving and executing sourcing, recruitment, selection placement activities . Outcomes: Hire qualified candidates who align culturally for technical and software positions at all levels for roles in professional services, product management and software engineering Ensure new hire productivity Improve satisfaction and productivity levels for employee life cycle. Activities: Develop, implement and execute SCA HR onboarding, and training processes Prepare and publish the training/Induction calendar and ensure seamless execution. Design and deliver workshops/ training programs for campus hires, new hires and target groups. Source and recruit passive and active candidates through social media, job boards, networking, and postings. Develop and manage the relationship with university and colleges to hire top talents Lead and execute all campuses hiring activities form planning to onboarding. Conduct screening and behavioral interviews to verify fit and make recommendations based on the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate. Starting with the resume screening process through the offer, keep the candidate informed and create an experience that reflects the SCA brand. Lead special projects for the improvement of Talent Management processes, including, Role Competency and Profile Design and KRAs. Responsible for Exit Management Qualifications: Demonstrated success with employee engagement and HR Operations in software industry. Demonstrated skills in all aspects of HR Operations such as employee engagement, training, performance management, employee welfare, employer branding, etc. Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency and a proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills, and build strong, productive relationships with hiring managers and employees. Ability to effectively and credibly interact with all levels within the organization. Excellent communication skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly. Must be strong in planning and creating proposal. Must be highly organized and possess strong planning and problem solving skills and techniques. HR experience in high volume, growth oriented environment. Bachelor Degree required, Masters Preferred.,
