We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team and help us build a talented workforce.Roles and Responsibilities:
    1. Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
    Utilise various job portals, social media, and professional networks to source qualified candidates for open positions.Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across diverse roles.Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to match qualifications with job requirements.
    1. Interview Coordination and Selection:
    Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.Manage the end-to-end interview process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates.Collaborate with hiring managers to refine selection criteria and provide feedback on candidate profiles.
    1. Employer Branding:
    Promote GemPundits employer brand through professional networking and engaging with potential candidates.Create a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and providing timely feedback.
    1. Data Management and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions in the recruitment database.Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for improving the hiring process.
    1. Continuous Improvement:
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.Proactively identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and suggest innovative solutions.Eligibility Criteria:Experience: 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Availability: Immediate joiner preferred.Preferred Background: Experience in e-commerce or technology-based companies is a plus.
