Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Outbound Calling:Making calls to potential clients to explain offers, generate leads, and set up meetings for the sales team.
    • Inbound Calls:Handling incoming calls from customers, answering questions, and resolving issues.
    • Customer Engagement:Building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and providing relevant information.
    • Sales and Lead Generation:Contributing to sales targets by effectively communicating product/service benefits and closing deals.
    • Documentation:Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and lead information.
    Required Skills:
    • Excellent Communication Skills:Fluency in both Tamil and English, both written and verbal.
    • Persuasion and Negotiation:Ability to effectively communicate and persuade customers to take action.
    • Problem-Solving:Ability to address customer concerns and find solutions.
    • Patience and Persistence:Ability to handle potentially challenging conversations and maintain a positive attitude.
    • Basic Computer Skills:Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant software.
    • Typing Skills:Ability to type quickly and accurately.
    Types of Telecalling:
    • Inbound Telecalling:Answering incoming calls from customers.
    • Outbound Telecalling:Making outgoing calls to potential or existing customers.
    • Telesales:Focusing on directly selling products or services over the phone.
    • Customer Service:Providing support and resolving issues for existing customers.
