    We are Hiring for Team Leader (Operations), for Gurgaon Location, Details for the Job are mentioned below:-Job Profile: :Team Lead (Operation)Experience :3 YearsLocation :GurgaonBudget :Upto 6 LPAShifts :Normal ShiftsWorking Days :Monday to FridayKey Roles And Responsibilities:-
    • Lead and manage operations teams to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Manage operational risks, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
    • Implement process improvements, automation, and technology-enabled solutions.
    • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and optimize operational efficiency.
    • To train people on topics those are identified by the escalation leads.
    • Should be able to effectively lead conflict management in their team and resolve issues.
    • Daily Management of shift
    • Administrative management of associates
    • Work allocation to associates, Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and knowledge.
    • Notify/discuss with manager on cases that require assistance or which needs to be managed politically.
