Job Description

About the opportunityPurpose of your roleTechnical Analyst role is an individual contributor role. Person is one of technical members within team. This role is part of IAM product team which integrate/on-board FIL applications with strategic IAM (Identity & Access Management) application environments and implements new IDM functionalities. This role requires resource to develop/deploy Tools IDM driver workflow for internal applications for automated user life-cycle management.Candidate need to implement new IDM functionalities in IAM infrastructure. Role is also expected to liaise with Different Infrastructure teams in managing and keeping IAM Infrastructure compliant to FIL security guidelines, IAM Operations and other Business teams. Aim is to get required understanding of applications and integrate these as per FIL s defined strategy and project plan. One will be responsible for Managing the IAM Infrastructure and to adhere Vulnerability Management guidelines and connect with vendor if any assistance is required. This role needs an individual to analyse that the dis in Sync between the IAM and Access Governance Server/Service.Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy IDM driver, AGS functionality to achieve automated life-cycle management and integrate FIL applications with IAM environments and Novell IDM 4.5 (Novell Identity Manager) following FIL application on-boarding framework.
  • Implement new IDM technologies in lower environment and then deploy it in higher environment.
  • Document application functional specification for each application on boarding activity.
  • Perform unit testing of code in development environment
  • Troubleshoot driver issues.
  • Resolve queries related to review definitions, recertification and workflows in RSA IMG (Access Governance)
  • Develop customized SQL queries for report requirement.
  • Work in tandem with governance team and address audit queries.
  • Remediation of issues specific to data sync and collections in AGS.
  • Document each aspect of the application on boarding and come up with an application on boarding process and matrix
  • Handover driver policy and knowledge to IAM Operations team.
  • Adhere to application on-boarding plan as part of IAM Project.
Experience and Qualifications RequiredMust have
  • Around 3 to 6 years of Industry experience in IDM vertical with exposure to Identity Management Solution.
  • Novell Identity provisioning technologies (Must have) & Directory Services (Novell eDirectory, Active Directory, etc.)
  • Strong hands-on experience on RSA IMG (Access Governance) system.
  • Workflow troubleshooting knowledge is required.
  • Ability to draw on Experience to question and challenge existing or proposed Solution and drive the conversation.
Should have
  • Structured and methodical in problem solving.
  • Basic UNIX commands knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills and a valuable Team player.
  • Understanding of Database and SQL Skills required.
  • Knowledge about the Web Services and associated Protocols and Standards.
