Job Description

Technical Project Manager is a key role, responsible for directly interfacing with large, global clients together with internal stakeholders including product development and customer success. This specific role is focused on the successful delivery of SaaS based, AI platform for new customers and the growing requirements for existing ones, product development and releases, team leadership and input to the strategic decisions and direction of the company.The role requires an experienced techno-managerial skill set and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The candidate is expected to be expertly skilled at requirements understanding, project scoping, scheduling, and planning, and diligent delivery. The role also requires a sound working-level understanding of technical topics in the dynamically evolving areas of data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, cloud platforms, SAAS business model. Therefore it will require the TPM to have a growth and learning mindset.The candidate is expected to have the following mandatory credentials:- At least 9 years of work experience, with a minimum 3 years in the execution of data science,engineering and analytics use cases- Experience working with the Marketing department at medium to enterprise level brands is highly preferable; experience working with Consumer Products, Insurance or Telecoms brands- Proven success in working with US, European or global brands is essential- A track record of working with a SaaS product team, either in a start up or scale up business- Expert level understanding of project management principles and practice, ranging from the collection of requirements, the scoping of projects and the creation of schedules, to the management of projects to cost, time, resourcing and quality metrics.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders, lead a team of developers, engineers and QA is required- Growth and learning mindset with an ability to inspire fellow team members- Should be comfortable with work situations where theyre asked to bring structure and clear organization to the work- Possesses a nuanced, real-world understanding of the changing needs of customers and impacts on projects- Should be able to own customer interactions on the delivery side, on all projects related to a specific customer or client- Sufficient technical skills in areas such as data science and machine learning, so that he/she can get into the details where required, in areas such as use case qualification, skill-task matching, solution architecture- Development experience in AI and ML on technologies such as Python and the Pydata stack, R, Apache Spark, Tensorflow/Microsoft Cognitive Toolkit(CNTK)/Keras, and using infrastructure comprised of Hadoop and large private / public cloud components such as AWS/Azure/GCP- Development experience in one or more Web Technologies like PHP, Python, Java, .Net- Development experience in one or more Databases like MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, CouchDB, SAP Hana, MariaDB - Development experience or sound industry knowledge of technologies/frameworks like MVC, Javascript frameworks like Node, React JS- Experience working in globally distributed teams is required- A sound understanding of the end to end data infrastructure in organizations.- Experience in solution architecture for big data and AI/ML solutions, and machine learning operationalization using web service oriented architectures will be highly valued- Having working experience on PMP, Agile/Scrum.- Coordinate the monthly new releases for Knexus platform, to ensure development and testing is completed on-time and the new releases deliver successfully against the product roadmap- Support Monthly Releases held on Saturdays from home.,
