Salary not a xonstraint.Role SummaryWe are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will be responsible for process installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and customer training on surface finishing processes. The role involves regular process reviews, technical support, business intelligence activities, and customer trials to ensure optimal results.Key Responsibilities
• Install and implement processes at customer sites.
• Monitor process parameters and conduct troubleshooting when required.
• Provide customer training on technologies and solutions.
• Conduct regular process reviews and adjustments to optimize results.
• Perform business intelligence activities including customer trend analysis, competitor updates, and identifying new opportunities.
• Manage and execute process trials at customer locations.
• Deliver technical troubleshooting and support to resolve customer issues.
Qualifications & Experience
• Education:BE/ B Tec./ MSc/BSc in Chemistry.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferably experienced in:
• Electroplating
• PCB (Printed Circuit Board) surface finishing/plating
• Providing technical support at customer sites
Skills & Knowledge
• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good communication skills in English (Reading/Writing/Speaking).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
