Processing all the lab samples in time and producing quality results.To maintain the Master Ledgers and record of all the tests or procedures performed in the respective lab.To coordinate with the secretaries and let out the correct reports timely.To address to any queries raised by any Doctor or Patient pertaining to the sample analysis.To be responsible for the Quality Controls and Calibrations for all the tests done in the lab in the absence of Technologist.To be responsible to learn from the seniors the correct procedures and best practices to be performed in the lab.Assisting the seniors in maintenance of the department and equipments present in the department.Maintain confidentiality about patient information.To participate and contribute to the department quality initiatives.To carry out data collection / support in data collection.To be aware of department performance and objective.To adhere the safety norms of the hospital and follow both patient safety and staff safety rules.To perform any job / work as and when assigned by the HOD.,
