    About the jobWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Executive to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sellingor possess a strong drive to achieve sales targets.As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.2. Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable products and plans tailored to clients goals.3. Provide detailed product information, address client queries, and guide them through.4. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.5. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to effectively advise clients.Requirements:1. Fresher with sales bend OR Proven experience in tele-selling2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships - English Required3. Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.5.
