Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Telecaller Student Counsellor to join our team at Frankfinn Institute. The role involves reaching out to students, explaining Frankfinn courses, and encouraging them to attend free career counselling sessions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and persuade potential students.Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to students to inform them about Frankfinn courses and their benefits.
• Understand students interests and career goals to provide relevant information.
• Convince and encourage students to attend free career counselling sessions at Frankfinn Institutes.
• Maintain a database of potential students and update call records accurately.
• Follow up with students in a timely manner to check on their visit status and address any concerns.
• Handle queries related to courses, admissions, and institute facilities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for student conversions and appointments.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
