Job Description

    Job Title: Telecaller CounsellorLocation: Gurugram/ GurgaonExperience:0-5 YearsLanguages Required: Hindi & EnglishJob Type: Full-TimeJob Responsibilities:
    • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for the sales team.
    • Promote and sell products or services through phone calls.
    • Follow up on warm leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
    • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM software.
    • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
    • Provide product information and resolve customer queries on calls.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Record call details, outcomes, and feedback for follow-up actions.
    Requirements:
    • Previous experience in telecalling, tele-sales, or lead generation is preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both written and verbal).
    • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively over the phone.
    • Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Good understanding of MS Office and CRM systems.
    • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets under pressure.
    • Ability to work in a team environment and handle customer objections.
