Job Description

    Job Title: Tele Sales ExecutiveLocation: GurgaonPosition Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a Partner Support Executive to manage and support our B2B partners in the motor insurance process. The ideal candidate will have experience in telesales or telemarketing and the ability to train, motivate, and manage RenewBuy partners to drive sales and meet business goals.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound/outbound calls to support and service RenewBuy partners
    • Train partners to effectively use and sell motor insurance products
    • Address partner queries and provide timely assistance
    • Act as a liaison between the company and partners, ensuring productivity in motor insurance sales
    • Ensure partners meet business goals set by the company
    • Work with operations teams to ensure adherence to process guidelines for policy issuance
    Key Requirements
    • Minimum 1 year of relevant telesales or telemarketing experience, preferably in general insurance (Motor/Health)
    • Strong knowledge of motor insurance products
    • Excellent communication skills in Hindi
    • Ability to train and manage partners effectively
    • Stability in career with a passion for driving sales
    • Motivated and enthusiastic to help partners exceed sales targets
