    Industry-FinanceAbout Company-we are loan lenders/loan business.We are 3rd largest home loan provider in India.We deal into two products-home loanand loan against property.hiring on payroll of I(NO contractual or THird Party Payroll at all)100% job security stability,No Hire Fire Policy at all.Role TeleCallers/sales cordinator profile(NO Sales,NO Target)Responsibility-Reach out to existing and potential customers.Offer solutions based on customer needs and requirements.Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.Hands-on experience with sales tools such as CRM software.Handle Inbound & Outbound calls.min. 6 months calling experience are also elligible to apply.NO btech required.Experience in any voice process is required.Candidate must be a keen learner and willing to learn and grow and career oriented approach.Age Limit: 21 28 yrsMinimum Experience: 6months 3yr telecalling/telesales-loans/insurance/mortgage/finance/collection/home loan/car loan/lap any voice processalary budget-experienced-PF is optional,25k in handIncentives is No bar.max till 60-70k in a month.Hike would only be given to those who are at present working anywhere.If there is a gap,Last salary will be offered,any gap in employment in last company will not be entertained at all.Shift timing-9:30am-6:30pm-Alternate saturday sunday off (24 days working in a month)no MTI at all,able to understand and speak good english2 round of interview-business ops and HOD round,Documentation processMust have all docs.of last employer for doc.verification process.morning and evening shuttle services from iffco metro station till officeInternal job posting/promotion/appraisal are there after 6 months of performance.Interview Time -: 11:00am (Mon-FRi)NO fresher undergraduate required.
