Job Description

    We are looking for fresh graduates to fill the role of Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales, meeting targets, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
    • Generate sales and meet targets through effective communication and customer engagement
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on achieving sales goals
    • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve team targets
    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition
    Job Details:
    • CTC: 24,000 per month (20,000 in hand)
    • Training: 15 days of comprehensive training with a stipend of 800 per day
    • Working Hours: 10.5 hours per day, 5 days a week
    • Shift: Rotational shift (24*7 for boys, 8am-8pm window for girls)any 9 Hrs shift
    • Off: Rotational off
    • Incentives: Unlimited incentives for high performers
