Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Handle customer escalations via email, chat, and non-voice processes.
    • Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
    • Work on various BPO projects such as blended process, domestic process, international process (UK/US), telesales, web chat, and non-voice processes.
    • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • 4-9 years of experience in BPO industry with expertise in handling escalations through various channels (email support).
    • Strong understanding of voice processing techniques for effective issue resolution.
    • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
