    • Promote and sell personal loan products to potential customers.
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
    • Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan products and market trends.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in sales (experience in financial products preferred).
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    1> Required Candidate Qualification should be minimum at least 12thand(Graduate ) Pass.2>Candidate should come with hisOriginal Aadhaar Card Copy.3> Candidate should be come before 11am at site.4>Candidate should come with his Resume or CV ,without Resume any candidate will not be entertain.5> Loan Sales Industry Experience candidates will be prefer firstly.6> Candidates should Minimum 1 Years Exp.7>Exp should be from lending background (Personal loan, business loan).8> 6 Days working with Sunday as fixed week off.9>Candidate should have a good knowledge of calculating percentage.Attention Points : -Salary for Tele Caller :- Up To 25000 NTH PFandMedical Benefits.TA DA:- 7000 To 8000 ( If the candidate visit in markets )
