RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that the operations and performance at this test center(s) meet the standards of Prometric and its testing clients.
Plan weekly staff schedules as needed and supervise both permanent and temporary Test Center Administrators.
Act as a TCA to administer tests when short staffed. Assist in the hiring and training of new employees.Maintain a 12-month center schedule for utilization of center open hours to meet and satisfy corporate contractual requirements.
To supervise security/verification precautions of test candidates arriving for registration, ensuring that identification and confirming license entitlement, eligibility, etc. is carried out correctly.
To support operations and technical personnel with data communications, ensuring that these are successfully completed.
To file irregularity reports for unusual situations or complaints.To provide security at the testing facility by ensuring all locks and security systems are properly used. The TCM may also be responsible for holding keys to the testing facility.
Actively participate in Prometric quality assurance, audit programs and other company exercises and initiatives as a flexible team player.
Maintain a working knowledge of policies, practices and procedures. Resolve candidate and or building problems or report them to appropriate supervisor Protect security of all software and testing environment Monitor environmental conditions and keep them within established limits Engage property management to maintain environmental conditions within acceptable limits. Maintain appropriate levels of inventory for unhindered test administrationRefer candidates, clients and the general public to appropriate sources for situations outside of TCAs authority.
Complies to end-user policy/procedures(Technology Acceptable Use and security Policy), Adheres to ISMS policy directions such as email, password, incident reporting. REQUIREMENTS The candidate should be a Graduate. 2 3 Years of customer service related experience in a supervisory position required. Experience dealing with the public from a position of authorityVerbal skills to communicate effectively
Ability to handle multiple tasks at one timeAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, and operating and maintenance instructions
Ability to write detailed reports and correspondenceAbility to handle small tools, stoop, reach, maneuver equipment, pack equipment for shipping and or unpack for installation
Visual requirements include the ability to adjust focus on computer screen, and view testing room during proctoring.
