Job Description

Work Schedule:
• Monday to Saturday (10 AM 7 PM)
• Fixed Sunday off
• 6 days working
Educational Requirements:
• Graduate or Undergraduate (minimum 12th pass with results in hand)
Experience:
• 6 months to 8 years of relevant experience in outbound telecalling, tele sales, or lead generation.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Age Range:
• 18 to 34 years
Key Competencies:
• Strong proficiency in verbal communication, particularly in English (mandatory).
• Ability to communicate in Hindi as well.
• Prior exposure to outbound telecalling, lead generation, or tele sales is highly desirable.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, providing detailed information about Frankfinns courses.
• Engage students and encourage them to attend complimentary career counseling sessions at Frankfinn institutes.
• Ensure timely follow-up with students to confirm their attendance and maintain ongoing engagement with the institute.
Compensation Structure:
• Fresher: 16,000 In-Hand
• Experienced: 21,100 In-Hand (CTC based on prior experience)
