Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Tractor Driver to operate and maintain our fleet of tractors. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving tractors and performing routine maintenance tasks. The Tractor Driver will be responsible for transporting goods and materials, plowing fields, and performing other tasks as assigned.Responsibilities:
• Operate tractors to transport goods and materials
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on tractors
• Plow fields and perform other agricultural tasks as assigned
• Ensure tractors are in good working condition at all times
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
• Report any issues or concerns to management.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Experience in driving tractors and performing routine maintenance tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment
Salary:The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications
