Job Description

    - - To deliver training to employees following company training manuals, training plan & standards and publish relevant reports.- To gauge the post training performance of agents trained during the OJT period- To conduct refreshers and floor briefings when required.- To evaluate and provide feedback to the training manager on amendments to the training material- Reporting and driving the production and accuracy for the team.- Perform the on floor training activities.
