Responsibilities : - Plan and draw up a manufacturing schedule- Managing Procurement- Set the quality standards- Ensure that the manufacturing will be cost effective- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed- Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met- Perform audits at vendor location- New vendor selection- Work with managers to implement the companys policies and goals Qualifications : - 7+ Years of Manufacturing experience in Cosmetics / Pharma / FMCG ( Food / Nutraceutical industry)- Previous experience of managing Contract Manufacturing- Experienced in Lean Manufacturing- Experienced in procurement process- Thorough understanding of WHO-GMP/FSSAI- Has 2+ yrs. experience in manufacturing shopfloor- Preferably has worked in AYUSH Industry- Male Candidates Preferred,
