Job DescriptionThe incumbent will be responsible for Inbound/Outbound Tour Operations, etc. Designing itinerary, costing, hotel bookings etc. Handling customers for inbound/Outbound holiday packages, follow up with customers and clients. Would require customization of existing holiday package or building entirely a new package as per customer needs. Dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet highest level of customer satisfaction. Research appropriate holidays destinations suitable for adding to the portfolio Present the customer with recommendations and advise them on travel accessibility concerns Liaise with tour operators making sure they understand the customers requirements Dealing with Reservations, Operations, and Negotiations section Operational duties (air and land arrangements) ticket bookings Creative planning and designing of itineraries Managing the reservations process for bookings in a manner which ensures guest budget is achieved Handling of bookings from quote to finalizing, invoicing and travel documents Consistent and clear communication with agents, sales teams, preferred supplier partners and colleagues. Calm and professional manner of servicing agents and guests Proactive selling of our products and services ensuring the best possible Tours for the guests An independent, curious and ldquocan do itrdquo nature Create customized solutions which address client business constraints and leverage strengths of our Organization. Maintain knowledge of industry trends in travel domain - Research competition and updates on global market trends Conjuncture business challenges which are specific to target client and leverage our analytical experience Eligibilty:Good knowledge about travel industry and geography. Should have knowledge about Inbound Tourist/outbound destinations. Good knowledge of GDS Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good Command over English language Should have prior experience of selling. Sales experience in travel and tourism industry is required Supervising or managing experience Good time management and decision-making skills Presentation Skills Time & desk management Computer aptitude and Attention to detail Elaborating in writing explanations or descriptions Working in an orderly manner Exceptionally customer focused A passion for delivering service excellence An in-depth knowledge of Tour plan advantageous Good knowledge of around the globe Tourism destinations ,
