Job Description

    Key Responsibility Areas:
    • Issuance and Reissuance of international tickets on various GDS
    • Handling all customer related queries.
    • Handling customer queries and Emails
    • Must be well versed with GDS systems and handle escalations.
    • Must be able to work in pressure and independently.
    • Must have experience working various GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo and Saber, Etc
    • Must have good communication and writing skills.
    • Must have experience in Issuance and Reissuance of International Tickets
    • Must have experience in working under large teams.
    • Must be Graduate in any field.
    • Male Candidates required.
    • Open to work in shifts
