Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive to handle international travel inquiries from US/UK clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into confirmed bookings by providing excellent travel solutions and outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails from US/UK customers for flight, hotel, and holiday bookings.
    • Sell international travel packages, including flights, hotels, and tours, by understanding customer needs.
    • Provide fare quotes, routing options, and competitive travel deals using GDS.
    • Build and maintain client relationships by offering personalized travel recommendations.
    • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through effective lead conversion.
    • Manage cancellations, reissues, and schedule changes as per airline or supplier policies.
    • Deliver prompt post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
