        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Troubleshoot Level 1/2/3 network issues of enterprise customers 2 Achieve all the defined metrics SLA 3 Effective engagement with customer written verbal ensure Customer Satisfaction
        • Technical Experience : 1 Extensive knowledge/experience with Cisco TDM/ IP voice systems and components 2 Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting experience on CISCO CUCM, UCCX, UNITY, 3 Provide Tier 1, 2 and 3 operational support for deployed technologies such as PBXs, mobility servers, voicemail systems, gateways and other network infrastructure 4 Knowledge and experience operating converged voice/video/data networks, including knowledge of CoS, QoS and related quality of service parameters over MPLS backbone
