    Urgent Hiring Channel Service Manager (Automobile Industry) in GurgaonDepartment : Sales & Marketing - International BusinessGraduation-BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) , M.B.AKeyEducation : B.Tech /M.Tech / MBA with at least 60% in academicsSalary : 3-5 Years of relevant experience 6-9 LPA as fixed 6-9 Years of relevant experience 9-13 LPA as FixedThis position is created to create first cut contact points of all customers. They will provide first cut technical assistance to workshop to wherever required. They will ensure that all the complaints of customers are closed effectively.
    • Expert understanding- Key Account Management.
    • Comprehensive view of AM offerings.
    • People Management
    • PDI & ECS audit
    • Ensuring required infra , process etc at workshop driving through Retx
    • Resolution time of EOS support
    5-7 years of relevant experiencePerception management of customers & Complaint management1. Technical Knowledge- Expert2. Product Knowledge- Expert3. Service commercial acumen4. Handling customersAlso note the basic eligibility criteria for the above role:1. Prior experience in Auto-Mobile Industry2. Must Score at least 60% in overall academics, Diploma holders are not suitable.3. Must be working On-Roll.4. Must have prior experience in Service /Marketing field and have role clarity6.
