Working with warm leads, youll engage in communication, follow-ups, and negotiations to assist in onboarding potential sellers. Additionally, you may travel to meet high-value targets in person, with all travel-related costs covered by the company.This is an excellent opportunity to grow your profile, gain experience in international trade, and work with one of the top five global players in the e-commerce industry.Responsibilities:
    • Client Communication: Regularly interact with potential clients via phone calls and emails, maintaining a professional and friendly tone in all interactions.
    • Follow-ups: Engage with potential clients through timely follow-ups to address queries and keep them engaged.
    • Service Explanation: Clearly articulate the services and benefits our company offers to potential clients.
    • Meeting Targets: Travel to meet high-value clients in person to discuss services and negotiate deals (all travel and accommodation expenses covered by the company).
    • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and ensure it is always up-to-date.
    • Onboarding Assistance: Help sellers understand and navigate the onboarding process effectively, ensuring they know how to use the platform.
    • Document Collection: Collect all necessary documents from sellers during the onboarding process and ensure proper storage of this information.
    Qualifications:
    • Experience: 6 months of B2B e-commerce sales experience preferred (freshers are welcome to apply!).
    • Telesales Experience: Proven experience in telesales, ideally within a similar industry.
    • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, persuade, and influence potential clients.
    • Negotiation & Closing: Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
