Job Description

    Location GurgaonQualification CA with 2-3 years post qualification experience in ManufacturingRequirements:Establish and monitor financial systems to meet financial objectives.Monitor revenue and expensesMaintain internal control and preparation of financial-statements, ensuring they are complete and accurate,Establish and monitor statuary compliances systems like TDS, Employee benefits, GST etc.Establish Accounts payable control system (including reconciliations) for management decisionsPrepare MIS reports periodically, cost effective analysis, standardize system for cost reduction and eliminate wasteDealing with audit teams, establish system for internal auditParticipate in automating repetitive tasks, creating sophisticated financial models, and streamlining data analysisAny other work required to accomplish the job profileDesired candidate ProfileChartered Accountant (CA)qualification is mandatory.2-3 years of post-qualification experience in the manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles and regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
