Job Description

    Position: Executive / Senior Executive Customer ServiceDepartment: Customer ServiceExperience Required: 1 to 4 yearsLocation: Gurgaon (Sector 30)Reports to: Manager Customer ServiceDirect Reports: NoneRole Overview:We are looking for dynamic and energetic professionals for the role of Customer Service Executive / Senior Executive. This position is vital for ensuring exceptional service delivery and enhancing customer experience.A good understanding of financial products and the banking domain is preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates willing to learn and grow with us.Responsibilities:
    • Address and resolve customer queries effectively.
    • Build and manage customer relationships to enhance retention.
    • Maintain full transparency in the customer service process.
    • Understand our ideal customer profile and how they align with FREEDs services.
    • Deliver a superior customer experience by building rapport and trust.
    • Actively promote FREEDs products and services.
    • Achieve set targets through goal-oriented strategies and data-driven insights.
    • Leverage knowledge of banking and financial services to better serve customers.
    Requirements:
    • Education: Any Bachelors Degree.
    • Experience: Prior experience in BPO (Inbound & Outbound voice processes).
    • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
    • Ability to multitask and work effectively in deadline-driven environments.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools and reporting.
    • Problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
