Job Description

1. Handle all NPD related activities and prepare relevant documents.2. Involve all NPD Trials and make MOM with Customer.3. APQP time plan to be made for all new parts.4. PPAP trial to be done in presence of customer and MOM to be made.5. New Part Code and BOM to be created in ERP.6. PPAP documents to be made and provided to the customer.7. Trials to be done and inspection reports to be made till final go head received from Customer.8. Sample to be submitted to customer and feed back taken accordingly9. Third party test to be done as per customer requirement10. New mold trial layout inspection reports to be made and shared to Customer.11. Making Layout plan of all component and conduct inspection for the same12. Project file to be made as per APQP timeline plan13. Master sample to be taken from customer for future reference.14. Any other responsibility assigned by HOD/Top management.
