Job Description

    Urgent Hiring Site SupervisorLocation: Gurugram, and NoidaJob Type: Full-TimeSalary: Competitive, based on experience ( Upto 27 CTC ) Conveyance IncludeJob Overview:We are seeking a diligent and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will ensure that all site activities are executed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Key Responsibilities:
    • Project Oversight: Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
    • Team Management: Lead and manage construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and resolving any on-site issues.
    • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
    • Quality Control: Inspect work quality and materials used, ensuring adherence to project standards and specifications.
    • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, site activities, and report to senior management regularly.
    • Resource Management: Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials and manage site resources efficiently.
    Requirements:
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in site supervision, preferably in the construction industry.
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
    • Skills:
      • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and specifications.
      • Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety standards.
    • Other: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
