Job Description

    Highring forLanding Page Designer/ Wordpress Developer - Gurgaon / WFH1-2 years of experience in WordPress development and landing page designProven track record of creating high-converting landing pagesStrong portfolio showcasing landing page designs for various industriesExperience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimizationHands-on experience with popular page builders (Elementor, Divi, swipepages, clickfunnels, Flexifunnels)Skills:Advanced proficiency in WordPress development and customizationStrong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principlesExpertise in responsive design and mobile-first approachProficient in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScriptKnowledge of website speed optimization techniquesExperience with Meta Pixel implementation and trackingStrong eye for design and user experienceExcellent problem-solving abilitiesGood communication skills for client interactionsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsStrong attention to detail and quality assuranceBonus points if you haveExperience with Clickfunnels,Swipepages, Flexifunnel or other funnel buildersExperience in the coaching or ed-tech industryUnderstanding of marketing funnels and customer journeyExperience with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platformsBasic knowledge of PHP for WordPress customizationRoles and responsibilitiesDesign and develop high-converting landing pages using WordPressImplement and maintain conversion tracking systems (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics)Optimize landing pages for maximum conversion rates through A/B testingEnsure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibilityCollaborate with marketing team to implement conversion-focused design elementsMonitor and improve page load speeds and performance metricsCreate and maintain landing page templates for different campaign typesHandle technical troubleshooting and bug fixesWork closely with copywriters to implement compelling content effectivelyMaintain documentation of page designs and optimization resultsRegular backup and maintenance of WordPress sitesImplement security best practices for WordPress installationsProvide regular updates on project status and performance metricsCollaborate with the media buying team to ensure landing pages align with ad campaignsNote: This is a cross-functional role, and youll need to work alongside marketers, copywriters, and media buyers.
