Job Description

Dear All,We have an urgent opening the details are below:Job Title: Guest Relation Executive/Front OfficeLocation: GurgaonIndustry: 3 Star HotelJob Responsibilities:

  1. Check-in and Check-out guests ensuring all service standards are followed.
  2. Assist guests in an informative and helpful way.
  3. Promptly acknowledge & reply to all guest complaints via phone, sms or e-mail and ensure minimum time is taken to resolve the issue.
  4. Report the complaints/ requests received from the guest to the relevant person/department.
  5. Follow up on the complaints/ requests and keep the guest updated.
  6. Meeting specific guest requests.
  7. Have full knowledge of inventory in each apartment & list of clients for each serviced apartments.
