As the Logistics Head, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout the organizations supply chain, optimizing efficiency, minimizing costs, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will play a critical role in managing the logistics operations and implementing strategic initiatives to improve overall performance.Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on procurement projection, stock keeping, inventory management, repair management, FSD agreement management, and both forward and reverse logistics.Strong knowledge of logistics principles, best practices, and industry trends.Proficiency in using logistics management software and systems.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and people management abilities.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
