    • Proactive In Sales to Generate New Business. Organized the Details of Special Events, Travel Arrangements, Corporate Agendas and Itineraries.
    • Arranged Air, Cruise, Hotels, Cars and Amtrak Reservations for Corporate and Leisure Clients (B2C).
    • Managed Wide Variety of Customer Service and Administrative Tasks to Resolve Customer Issues Quickly and Efficiently.
    • Assumed Ownership Over Team Productivity and Managed Workflow to Meet or exceed Quality Service Goals.
    • Experience in US/UK/Australian Sales Will Be an Add-On.
