This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram includes leading operations strategy, optimizing workflows, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement across service delivery and internal functions. The role will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure operational alignment with business goals and client commitments. The Vice President Operations will also collaborate closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, oversee P&L impact from operational decisions, and support strong customer service standards to maintain high client satisfaction.Qualifications Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and team leadership.Demonstrated experience in P&L Management and financial performance tracking.Background in Strategic Planning with the ability to translate business goals into operational plans.Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.Customer Service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction and service quality.Proven experience in financial services, consulting, or SME-focused advisory environments is preferred.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; a masters degree (such as MBA) is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
