    Job TitleVideo Specialist* OverviewAI Garage is responsible for establishing Mastercard as an AI powerhouse. AI will be leveraged and implemented at scale within Mastercard providing a foundational, competitive advantage for the future. All internal processes, all products and services will be enabled by AI continuously advancing our value proposition, consumer experience, and efficiency.* RoleBring in creative ideas, create product videos, corporate business videos, posters and other design collaterals as a part of Design and Communications team, working on design and marketing projects for Mastercard AI Garage.Working with brand guidelines for a global brand of Mastercard.Create at the intersection of business, design and emerging fields of AI and Fintech.* All About YouExcellent video and audio editing capabilityExperience in Motion graphics and AnimationAbility to work with brand and design guidelinesExcellent communication skills and willingness to learn new skills and softwaresAbility to multitask and incorporate constructive feedback in creative projectsAbility to work in group and collaborate on design and video projectsSoftware Expertise:Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premier ProAdobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative SuiteEffectivenessEffective at managing and validating assumptions with key stakeholders in compressed timeframes, without hampering development momentumCapable of navigating a complex organization in a relentless pursuit of answers and clarityEnthusiasm for Data Sciences embracing the creative application of AI techniques to improve an organizations effectivenessIncredible attention to detail and focus instilling confidence without qualification in developed creativesCore CapabilitiesStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong project management skillsBachelors degree required.
