Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forWarehouse Manager - AM/MOverview:Maintains records of materials in inventory and on order. Monitors reorder points and initiateaction to replenish stock. Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor ofirregularities. Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracksorders and investigates problems. Records purchases, maintains the database, performs a physical count of inventory, andreconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports. Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves. Processes and/or approves invoices for payment. Processes and documents return as required following established procedures. Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assistingcustomers. May lead, guide, and train staff/student employees, interns, and/or volunteers performing relatedwork; may participate in the recruitment of volunteers, as appropriate to the area of operation. Handling WMS backend related to warehouse processes, should be having hands-on inVinculum retail software. Analysing the data of all the activities done in WMS and implementing a smooth process towardsthe same. Monitoring the outbound process, dispatches, and manifesting. Inventory Audit process, regular stock take, and presenting audit report at the warehouse level.Regards,HR Team
