As a part of the Capability Network CFO & Enterprise Value team, you will support CFOs and finance organizations to craft and implement strategies anchored on digital disruption, new age operating models and best-in-class practices, to drive market differentiation. Help us unlock new value in a disruptive world, with the following initiatives: Identify opportunities to drive business development activities and build sales pipeline. Draft winning pitches to drive client conversations and business opportunities. Work with leading global clients to do assessments, develop and execute system design, blueprinting, proof of concepts, data modelling, etc. in Finance technology solutions like SAP, Blackline, Trintech, Oracle ARCS, Concur, Ariba, Workiva etc. Lead project delivery, manage stakeholders on the project, both internal and external. Guide teams on project executions as per planned timelines. Lead the problem solution design and implementation ensuring high quality adhering to the timelines and defined budget. Foster connectedness and enhance client relationships. Design to-be processes leveraging leading practices, ERP platforms and enabling technologies. Assist in managing process transition, knowledge transfers and process reengineering. Define cost transformation initiatives, create value cases, setup mechanism to control and monitor savings and create implementation plans. Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role: Draw on extensive knowledge of finance, expertise in financial close processes, knowledge of enabling technologies in finance and provide leading practices to the clients to deliver business value Lead discussions and project delivery with the client on shared services, operating model design and implementation including governance, service management and business case analysis. Deliver Finance programs (target operating model, process transformation including enabling technology, shared services, zero-based organization/budgeting/spend).
