Emerging Service Offering to take to Market II. Plan to Scale with Forecast of Sales/Revenue, ROI III. Channel Strategy IV. Value Proposition V. Overall Generic Strategy for GTM (Commercial Constructs, Pricing, CCI%s, Target Clients/Markets etc.) VI. Value Case for offering to be taken to Market VII. Internal Objectives to achieve VIII. Capability Build (Academy set up with L&D, Tools/Accelerators/Playbooks/Stage 0 decks/Sales Support decks) 2.Design Change and Communication/Awareness I. Collaboration, Governance & Coordination Across Multi functional/Market teams of Sales, Solutions, Delivery & Transformation II. Program Lead for Bus Ops Capability Build for both Bus Ops Services to Accenture and External Clients III. Refreshed Op Model Change Requirements to execute 3.GTM Offering Sales Support & Solutioning Lead (develop competencies in SA/Mob with assets/tools) 4.Narrative & Branding for Bus Ops (post Manish s white-paper) (currently an action paused with the TC) 5.Various Projects under taken for FE DMT tool, Enhancement of DMT tool for Demand Fulfillment (piloted in Project G), Leadership Dashboard for FE, Health of Services strategic Metrics, Bus Ops Governance lead for Team Captain, Various Strategic/other asks from the Client (Margaret Smith), Fortnightly Business Reviews (Business Financials, Transformation initiatives as reqd, Business Case Analysis, FY Plans, Business Case analysis/levers to meet/exceed etc.) 6.I&D Support/involvement Xservices & within Bus Ops ,
